Gusty winds and low clouds are forecast in the New York area (EWR, JFK, LGA) and Philadelphia (PHL), and turbulence is likely over the Northeast. Super Bowl traffic is expected to increase today in Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP). Runway repavement in San Francisco (SFO) could lead to additional delays.
